The public areas (Parlor, Dining Room, Bar, Front Porch and Back Deck) of the Black Swan are available to rent for your special occasions for up to 30 guests or a “come & go” for more. It is perfect for tea parties and baby showers, holiday parties for the office or rehearsal dinners with your closest friends and relatives.

Fees:
$150 per event on weekends, 3 hour maximum, $50 per every 30 min. after
$75 per event on weekdays/nights, 3 hour maximum, $25 per 30 min. after
There is a $50 non-returnable deposit on all reservations, this holds the reservation, and provides set-up and clean-up.
Scheduled events must end by 9 p.m. in deference to overnight guests, unless you have booked both of the upstairs Suites.
